Please note that while this home is a duplex, the upstairs can only be accessed externally, providing extra privacy for your group.
Upstairs, you'll find a bright and airy living space featuring a stunning brand-new kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy seating area with a 60” HD Smart TV. The fresh coastal-inspired design, with nautical colors and stylish vinyl plank flooring, creates the perfect beach retreat. This level includes: King master bedroom Two queen guest bedrooms Two full bathrooms Well-equipped kitchen (newly renovated!) Spacious living room Screened balcony with comfortable seating and outdoor dining—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun!
Downstairs, you'll find an additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, second kitchen, and another inviting living area, all newly updated to provide extra space and privacy for guests. The well-appointed kitchen is great for anything from your morning coffee to a delicious home-cooked meal.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

"The house was great! You should really advertise all of the beach gear you have in the laundry room and that you have a pack n play in the master as a selling point! We brought down a pack n play and were arranging to rent beach chairs and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. "

"We stayed at the Lazy Lobster in early March and loved our stay. The location was unbelievable. We rented a car but never used it as the beach is a very short walk, restaurants are a walk away, and the area was so beautiful that walking allowed us to take in all the sites. The house was perfect and had every amenity imaginable. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. The laundry facilities were so nice to have….new washer and dryer and clean as well! The house was spacious, had a deck on the front and back with gorgeous views, was stocked with every imaginable thing we might need in the kitchen. Beach chairs, coolers, board games, beach towels were all there for our use! We will be back without a doubt!"

"The Lazy Lobster at Fort Myers Beach is the perfect getaway! The pool and hot tub are an absolute dream in the morning, soaking up the sunshine while lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture. It’s the best way to start the day before heading to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand. Returning to the house in the evening is just as enjoyable—relaxing on the screened front porch with a cool drink, followed by dinner as the sunset. The rear balcony overlooking the pool is another peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The lower unit is a fantastic bonus, offering a private and fully equipped space with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
